We are a firm of independent consultants, established in 1996, who specialise in Dry Rot; Wet Rot; Dampness Problems, and Mould growth in buildings. We offer independent information and advice and offer a scientific approach to the diagnosis and treatment of this type of problem.

We offer laboratory and technical testing services for the accurate diagnosis of such building defects. These services are microscopical identification of fungi and insects, analytical services for plaster, contaminating salts, gravimetric dampness analysis and datalogger environmental monitoring. We have been Independent Consultants to the Property Care Association, and remain close contact, as trainer and examiner since my retirement.
